NoCoast Aquatics works to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and support for reef aquarium hobbyists.  We manage our facilities and husbandry practices to supply the highest quality marine animals available.  For live animals, however, sometimes losses occur. 

 

Because of this, we offer a 2-Day Guarantee on all fish, corals and live purchases. We provide an in-store credit for the full price of the lost animal.

 

Please note that this guarantee does not cover shipping charges; these charges are not refundable.  Replacement stock shipping costs are also not covered under this policy and are the responsibility of the customer.
